I worked for a Fortune 500 company for the past 2. 5 years, but not in the accounting department. I’m ready for a change and wants to move to public accounting. Any suggestions on where and how to find an accounting job open? Looking for Mr. Ryan to respond, now that I updated to let him know that I have a 4-graduate year.

Everyone has to start somewhere, I work as a cashier of the bank and a cashier was a Winn-Dixie before. Someone will give you the opportunity, if you ask.

My experience with accounting firms wont look, even if it is a candidate for CPA. The state I live in Macc takes to be a licensed CPA. Most require only 150 credit hours with an X amount of hours of courses in accounting. The reason I noticed that recruit candidates for a bachelor is the leader or the CPA as they must give up documents to be fair and take responsibility. Another reason is because a person is unable to leave the streets to do accounting in a much cheaper and the person on the street will be softer and less dogmatic that the person in possession of a bachelor. Granted this is auditors BIG I am referring to. You can get small local CPA on the rise, but expect a huge pay cut-rate hourly-paid workers.

Network, network, network! And get a recommendation for the agency’s reputation (s) who works in the set of skills / s that you want to process. In addition, you must use the career center at school, where he obtained the diploma. You are the product of their program, and that (should) have an interest in your success.
